This form is for those attending an off campus semester program (Europe, England, Mexico, Urban Program, etc). This form is NOT for students attending class in Santa Barbara living in off campus housing.

MAGAZINES, CATALOGS, AND OTHER 2ND CLASS BUSINESS MAILINGS CANNOT BE FORWARDED. If you want to receive your magazines at another address you will need to make those arrangements with the magazine provider, but remember...they can be VERY SLOW at making those changes so do it ASAP!
All US. Postal Service packages can be forwarded. UPS packages can be forwarded within Califiornia only. No FedEx packages can be forwarded. PAckages which cannot be forwarded are returned to sender.
ALL Mail arriving from another country cannot be forwarded.
Note!We cannot forward TO OR FROM another country! If your home address is in a foreign country, you have the option to have your mail held at the Westmont Post Office while you are on an Off Campus Program. To arrange that option, please send an e-mail to us.
New/Alternate Address if in the above section you requested forwarding to a new/alternate address.
This is not for off-campus housing. If you are living off campus
and attending classes on campus in Santa Barbara, your mail must go to your on campus MS#.
If you are providing an address in this section,
it will be used only by the Westmont post office for forwarding, and only for this semester. Permanent changes must be submitted to the Registrar's office.
If you on the roster for an off campus program and we do not receive a request from you, your mail will automatically be forwarded to the home address on file for you at the Registrar's Office. You can confirm that choice here, or request an alternate address for forwarding...
